In transitioning from a career in Accounting, I embraced the realm of Healthcare Administration in 2018, beginning with Outpatient Registration. While honing my skills in this domain, I pursued and obtained a Medical Billing & Coding Certificate from Purdue University Global. Currently, I hold the esteemed position of Secretary for the AAPC Kalamazoo, MI Chapter. My commitment to accuracy, professionalism, and unwavering ethics shines through, especially in my specialization in Mental Health and ABA billing. I joined the Ripples team in 2021 as a Medical Billing Specialist. My journey has since evolved, and I now serve as the Office Manager. It is my pride and passion to ensure that all our clients access the services they deserve seamlessly.
